The November issue of the Fremont Neighbor Forum, our free monthly print newsletter, is available now!
This month we feature an installment from our series, Stone Way Rising. It’s about the 748-square-foot building at 3620 Stone Way N. It went up in 1926 as a millwork shop and has housed restaurants since the 1960s. Today it’s Tacos El Lago, boxed in on two sides by Public Storage, resembling the ‘Up’ house in Ballard.
Plus, a reminder that the annual Seattle Public Safety Survey is open through Nov. 30. Results go to the Seattle Police Department and inform its community policing plans. Fremonsters can take it at publicsafetysurvey.org.
Grab a copy at newsstands next to the dinosaur topiaries on N 34th Street, near the main entrance of the Fremont Vintage Mall, and at Accidental Park.
