June 18: Seattle Candidate Forum – The Fremont Chamber is hosting the Seattle Candidate Forum on June 18 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM at the Pacific Fishermen’s Shipyard. This event offers the public an opportunity to hear directly from candidates running for Seattle Mayor, City Attorney, City Council positions 8 and 9, King County Executive, and Seattle Port Commissioner positions 1, 3, and 4. Tickets are priced at $35 and include food and drink. The forum aims to foster civic engagement and provide voters with insight into the priorities and platforms of those seeking public office. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance at fremont.com.
