Designed by Aaron Perkins, the Fremont Neighbor logo proudly features the dinosaur topiary: an enduring symbol of Fremont’s creativity and community spirit. These beloved sculptures, a mother and child dinosaur, were originally part of a public art installation at the Pacific Science Center before finding their home in Fremont, thanks to Suzie Burke. For decades, the Fremont Rotary has maintained them, ensuring they remain a cherished piece of our neighborhood’s character.
As a mother these topiaries hold special meaning for me, reflecting the care and support that make Fremont feel like a small town. Just as our community has come together to preserve these sculptures, Fremont Neighbor is dedicated to fostering connections and keeping our shared stories alive.
