August 5: Seattle Night Out – Join your neighbors for Seattle Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 5, as block parties take place throughout Fremont and across the city. This national event, promoted by Seattle Police Department Crime Prevention Coordinators, is designed to heighten crime prevention awareness, increase neighborhood support in anti-crime efforts, and unite communities. With more than 150 parties registered in North Seattle alone, it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with both familiar and new neighbors.
