Some good stuff is happening in the neighborhood next week. This is just a curated list; there’s plenty more going on in Fremont. See the comprehensive list at fremontneighbor.com/events.

Saturday, October 3: evo’s 25th Anniversary Party
The outdoor-gear company evo marks 25 years with an all-ages party from 5 to 10 p.m. at its evo Campus, 3500 Stone Way N. Expect live music, food and drinks, a vendor village, giveaways and a headlining set from electronic duo DRAMA, with most of the celebration happening outdoors across the campus. Tickets are available for purchase at https://evo25thanniversarycelebration.splashthat.com/.

Monday, October 5: Adrianna Adarme, A Cozy Kitchen Cookbook
Cookbook author and New York Times Cooking contributor Adrianna Adarme comes to Book Larder, 4252 Fremont Ave N., from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for a talk and cooking demo celebrating her new release, “A Cozy Kitchen Cookbook.” Adarme, the creator behind the food platform A Cozy Kitchen, will bake a recipe from the book, take questions, and sign copies. Tickets are for sale online and include a signed copy of the book.

Thursday, October 8: Trolloween Workshop — Wings
The Fremont Arts Council hosts a hands-on wing-making workshop from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Powerhouse, 3940 Fremont Ave N. The evening opens with a demonstration of how different kinds of wings are designed and built, after which guests are welcome to stay and work on their own costume wings. A $15 donation is appreciated to cover materials. It’s all prep for Trolloween, the Fremont Troll’s birthday bash, set for 7 p.m. Saturday, October 31, at the Troll.
