A new mural has appeared on a retaining wall at the Ballroom block construction site: “Long Live Fremont” in pink and green, with the names of the block’s former businesses listed below, including Ladro, Ballroom, Norm’s, Roxy’s and Back Door. It’s the second impromptu tribute to appear at the site since demolition began earlier this month.
